Gasa24 Terms of Use (2026-09-10-v1)
1. What Gasa24 is. Gasa24 is a marketplace app that connects consumers who need liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders with independent local agents who sell and deliver them. Gasa24 facilitates discovery, payment, and delivery tracking between consumers and agents.
2. Agents are independent sellers. Every agent on Gasa24 sells LPG as an independent business, in their own name, at prices they set. Gasa24 is not the seller of the LPG. Agents separately agree to their own terms describing this relationship in more detail.
3. Acceptable use. You agree to use Gasa24 honestly: accurate delivery and payment information, no fraudulent orders or payments, no abuse of other users or agents.
4. Payments. Depending on the order, you may pay in-app (held until delivery is confirmed) or in cash on delivery. Payment processing for in-app payments is handled by our payment partner.
5. Your information. We collect the information needed to operate the marketplace — your contact details, delivery addresses, and order history — and use it to run and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Liability. Gasa24 facilitates transactions between consumers and agents but is not a party to the underlying sale of LPG. To the extent permitted by law, Gasa24's liability is limited to its role as a facilitator.
7. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will require you to accept the updated terms again before continuing to use the app.
